Key Responsibilities- Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
- Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
- Plan, prepare and compile compelling, well-written and precise proposals and bid documents.
- Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
- Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Bid Manager who is passionate about renewable energy and has a strong background in bid management. You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team and will be involved in a variety of local and global wind projects.
