About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our EMEA PXT team at Amazon Devices and Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our senior management and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent strategies focused on global expansion and scaling, working closely with senior management and our COE partner teams.
  • Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development to drive business growth and success.
  • Review and analyze business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, to recommend systemic improvements and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead annual and mid-year review processes, focusing on performance management and talent development, and provide compensation support, including salary planning and approval of salary actions and promotions.
  • Work with business groups to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives within the client group.
