About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our EMEA Ring team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional HR services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent strategies focused on global expansion and scaling, working closely with senior management and our COE partner teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational structures, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development initiatives.
  • Review and analyze business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, to identify areas for improvement and recommend systemic changes.
  • Lead annual and mid-year review processes, focusing on performance management and talent development, and provide compensation support, including salary planning and approval.
  • Collaborate with business groups to design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives, and own the development and facilitation of recommendations and solutions to complex challenges globally.

Requirements
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to drive results.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, high judgment decision making, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Experience working in a high-tech, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.
  • Knowledge of EMEA employment laws.
  • Proven ability to own and lead others through complex international projects in a matrixed environment.
