Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

NetApp is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our EMEA/LATAM HR team, you will collaborate with the wider HR community to define and execute HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and analyzing HR needs of designated business units.
  • Provide tactical human resources support to line managers of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
  • Consult with business unit management during strategic planning and development of human resources strategies that support business needs.
  • Drive human resources initiatives within the organization and act as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Human Resources as an HRBP or generalist in a multinational organization.
  • Technology industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving or being part of a team that has implemented complex business transformation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business objectives into HR interventions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
