Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

NetApp is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our EMEA/LATAM HR team, you will collaborate with the wider HR community to define and execute HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with robust HR subject matter expertise, business savvy, and a compelling influencer, consultant, coach, and trusted advisor. Experience in delivering organizational change is highly desired.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing HR needs of designated business units.
  • Provide tactical human resources support to line managers of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.
  • Consult with business unit management during strategic planning process and on development of human resources strategies that support unit's business needs.
  • Drive human resources initiatives within organization and act as liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.
