Business Development Manager Growth

Our team of 150+ employees is fully multicultural and international, working on cutting-edge technologies to provide hyper-efficient software to companies seeking to gain an edge with quantum computing and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
• Perform product sales activities for new/renewal business to achieve or exceed given product and service revenue objectives.
• Partner with field and enterprise sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive product and service revenue as part of an overall account strategy.
• Contribute to all stages of the sales process, facilitating communication with the sales and technical team for updates on product capabilities, success stories, and winning strategies.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products and services.
• Participate in industry shows and conventions, creating and leading advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products and services.
• Coordinate and organize technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training, and more.
• Work with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.
• Provide client feedback to product development and marketing staff.
Requirements
• M.Sc./degree in sciences or engineering.
• 2+ years of sales or consulting experience in selling engineering/technology applications with a proven track record of success.
• Achieve or exceed required sales quota.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM, etc.).
• Ability to foster collaboration and coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.
• Aptitude for problem-solving, ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.
• Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
• Travel: up to 50%.
