Company Overview
Coffee Berry, a leading Greek franchise chain with over 210 stores across Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our IT department located in Alimos, Attica. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of our daily business.

The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can provide top-notch technical support to our end-users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and preventing technical issues on desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and other devices. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, maintaining software up-to-date, and optimizing overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical assistance to ensure users have a seamless experience with their equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist users with network connectivity and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, both onsite and remotely.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, including password resets, user creation, and group management.
• Set up and maintain file-sharing systems, ensuring secure access to shared resources and proper folder/file permissions.
• Perform software updates and patches on user workstations to ensure all devices are secure and up-to-date.
• Conduct basic backup and recovery tasks for end-user data.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with IP PBX phone systems.

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
