Global Campaign Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Campaign Manager to develop and implement global marketing communication strategies and campaigns for Philips Hue, the category leader in smart connected lighting.
As a key member of our Strategy & Marketing consumer team, you'll be responsible for analyzing brand health and key KPIs, defining cluster regions, and developing strategies to grow the brand in these clusters.
You'll work closely with our global media agency to define a global media framework, guiding markets in their local media briefs, and develop messaging frameworks across the full Consumer Experience Journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing global marketing campaigns, including planning, defining insights and key messages, briefing creative teams, testing concepts and assets, producing campaigns, and coordinating amplification across all touchpoints.
- Supporting product launches by defining strategic message architecture and refining key product propositions.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate messaging across all assets.
- Interacting with key focus markets, monitoring localization of centrally developed programs and assets, and assessing campaigns to measure ROI.
- Annual budget planning and management.
Requirements include:
- Strong consumer and digital marketing background with 10+ years of related experience.
- Strong preference for FMCG experience or consumer electronics and experience in Direct-to-Consumer.
- University degree in business or marketing / MBA preferred.
- High level of English written & spoken is a Must.
- Well-versed in both brand building and performance marketing.
- Ability to identify insights and trends from analytical data, to inform positioning, develop activation plans, and evaluate existing campaigns.
