As a customer-centric organisation, Cpm International is committed to delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Experience Representative to join our dynamic team in Spain.

About the Role

This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with us on a temporary basis (6 months) and provides a chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment. As a Customer Service Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to customers through various channels, ensuring that their queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • To handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • To maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including reasons for contact, solutions provided, and any relevant information.
  • To foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their journey.
  • To collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and has a strong passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high level of fluency in English (C2 level), with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • An empathetic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to learn new tools and technology quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
