We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for calling companies in Denmark and speaking with IT managers to gather information and generate leads.
The role of a BDR at Anteriad consists of asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics to gather information and set up meetings between IT managers and our clients' sales representatives. You will work closely with our clients' sales experts, such as Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu, to learn about the industry and build relationships with decision-makers around the globe.
We offer an excellent onboarding process to prepare you for success as a BDR. Our uncapped commission system means that the more leads you generate, the more money you earn. This creates a progressive structure that allows BDRs to set and achieve goals, encouraging consistent high performance and providing a pathway for professional growth within the organization.
Our working timetable is Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break, and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00. We offer a range of benefits, including a permanent contract, monthly salary, option to work from home, internal training, and access to a learning platform.
Requirements for the role include native Danish, high-level English, and good knowledge of another Scandinavian language. Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, as is a target-driven mentality and can-do attitude. The possibility to work legally in Spain is also required.
