About the Role

Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Advisor to join our Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our business teams on regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry standards, and provide guidance to our business teams on implementation.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role in a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
