About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Strategy Advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and advice to senior business stakeholders to help them achieve their organisational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sound strategic advice to senior management stakeholders on how NTT can improve its operations to increase profitability.
  • Examine financial reports to identify areas of weakness that may require additional investment.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to the business model.
  • Identify external factors that could affect the success of the business operations.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of competitors so that strategies can be developed to beat the competition.
  • Analyse market trends to determine which products and / or services will be most profitable for NTT to invest in.
  • Work with senior management stakeholders to create medium-term to long-term strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • May recommend changes such as changes to organisational structures or business processes etc. that will increase efficiencies.

  • Comprehensive understanding required of the specific industry.
  • Ability to find solutions to challenging and often complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and make data-driven strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative, with the capacity to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership qualities, including a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • English: fluent (Mandatory)
  • Nice to have: Spanish and/or German.

Experience

  • 4-8 years of experience as a strategic advisor, management consultant, or in a similar strategic consultancy role.
  • Advanced demonstrable experienced working within a global matrixed organisation.
  • Advanced demonstrable experience guiding on strategic projects and the success outcomes of those projects.
