Senior Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking seasoned Supply Chain Experts to become part of our Global Planning HUB. This hub focuses on Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, managing all aspects of the end-to-end supply cycle. Our operations are currently based in a flagship production facility, with plans for relocation to a new site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role supports the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, offering an opportunity to collaborate and grow with supply chain professionals, directly impacting business outcomes and spearheading process enhancements.

Our team operates in a dynamic, multi-functional, and multicultural environment.

We excel in executing daily operations across various departments:

Material Planning: Ensuring service and inventory for a range of global and local suppliers. Material Supply Management: Building relationships and leading agility initiatives with vendors. Production Planning: Responsible for service and inventory management for selected manufacturing lines, including capacity leveling. Sub-contractor Planning: Managing service and inventory for products produced by external manufacturers. Distribution Planning: Overseeing risk management related to stock availability; acting as the liaison for markets; ensuring timely delivery of the correct product quantities. Category Supply Planning: Conducting data analysis to support decision-making; leading essential processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Each department includes roles focused on new product introductions and transformations.

YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS

As a Senior Planner, you will:

Have the opportunity to lead and manage Supply Chain processes on a global scale. Analyze supply chain data to inform business strategies. Identify and implement improvements in complex processes and operations. Contribute to various projects related to product, portfolio, or sourcing changes. Serve as a role model for the team, enhancing capabilities in others and providing coaching. This role offers a pathway for career development within the end-to-end supply chain, working within a truly multifunctional team on challenging projects and daily operations.

We are looking for experienced candidates who:

Hold a Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business. Have a background in Supply Chain. Are fluent in English, our primary working language. Possess advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets and complex formulas. Have a solid understanding of SAP. Are proactive, curious, and dedicated to exceeding expectations. Operate with discipline, excel under pressure, and are well-organized. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Are adept at problem-solving and managing complexity. Exhibit outstanding ownership, autonomy, and analytical abilities. Are passionate about continuous improvement. Are interested in advancing their long-term career in the Supply Chain field.
