About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Planning Hub team at Coty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the planning and execution of supply chain operations, including material planning, material supply management, production planning, and distribution planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of the team's skills and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations.
  • Fluency in English (our working language).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including large database management and complex formulas.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and other supply chain management systems.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
