About the Role

Coty is seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Planning Hub team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading supply chain processes on a global level, generating and analyzing data to drive business decisions, and identifying and leading improvements in complex processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead supply chain processes on a global level, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of products to market.
  • Generate and analyze supply chain data to drive business decisions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and lead process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, with a proven track record of leading process improvements and driving business results.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with SAP and Excel, with the ability to manage large databases and complex formulas.
