We are seeking seasoned Supply Chain Specialists to enhance our Global Planning HUB. This hub focuses on Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, managing all aspects of the end-to-end supply cycle. Our operations are based in a flagship production site within the global supply network of Coty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is integral to the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, offering a chance to collaborate and grow with supply chain experts, directly influencing business outcomes and spearheading process enhancements.
Our team operates in a dynamic, multi-functional, and culturally diverse environment.
We excel in executing daily operations across the following areas:
Material Planning: Ensuring service and inventory levels for a range of global and local suppliers. Material Supply Management: Cultivating relationships and leading agility initiatives with vendors. Production Planning: Responsible for service and inventory management across selected manufacturing lines, including capacity balancing. Sub-contractor Planning: Managing service and inventory for products produced by external manufacturers. Distribution Planning: Overseeing risk management for stock availability; serving as the primary contact for markets; ensuring timely delivery of the correct product quantities. Category Supply Planning: Conducting data analysis to support decision-making; leading key processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.In each area, we have dedicated roles focused on new product introductions and transformations.
YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS
As a Senior Planner, you will:
Have the unique opportunity to lead and manage Supply Chain processes on a global scale. Analyze supply chain data to inform business strategies. Identify and implement improvements in complex processes and operations. Contribute to various projects related to product, portfolio, or sourcing modifications. We are looking for experienced candidates who:
Hold a Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business. Have a solid background in Supply Chain. Are fluent in English, our primary working language. Possess advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets and complex formulas. Have a good understanding of SAP. Are proactive, inquisitive, and dedicated to exceeding expectations. Demonstrate discipline, excel under pressure, and maintain strong organizational skills. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Are adept at problem-solving and managing complexity.
