The Position Head of Supply Chain (Sub-chapter lead Supply Chain)

You are responsible for driving the strategy, performance, and continuous development of the supply chain organization of Diagnostics Spain. The role oversees the end-to-end process of demand planning, warehousing, inventory management, sales order, claim management, and delivery to end customers/clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance with local and global standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing mid to long-term Supply Chain strategy to address business changes in a compliant and cost-effective way.

• Reviewing Supply Chain organizational performance and efficiency, including external benchmarking.

• Reviewing warehousing infrastructure (hardware and software) to ensure continuous delivery and mitigation of operational risks.

• Ensuring organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities are defined to maximize organizational effectiveness.

• Defining clear yet simple KPIs to foster high-quality delivery, continuous improvements, collective ownership, and individual accountability.

• Driving close communication and collaboration with other functions and commercial teams, following the customer-first principle to ensure high-quality experience.

• Being responsible for Supply Chain budget to maximize outcomes and high-quality delivery experience.

• Continuously improving supplier management practices to maintain the highest standard and achieve excellent collaboration.

• Representing and actively contributing in Global and Regional Supply Chain forums to support, drive, and implement key initiatives while ensuring local needs are well represented.

• Driving and timely implementing local and global projects in the area of Supply Chain (e.g., SAP, EWM, etc.).
