Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales forecasts and prepare demand plans to ensure accurate inventory levels and meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial organizations, finance, and operations to ensure market sales and demand are consistent and balanced with local supply.
- Regularly analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy and propose actions to improve performance.
- Maintain an up-to-date 36-month forecast in related systems and monitor supply issues to identify potential impacts on demand.
- Prepare and support Supply Chain Operations meetings and partner with supply coordination and market organizations to monitor shelf life and obsolescence.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Postgraduate certificate in supply chain management or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Strong SAP knowledge, especially APO.
- Knowledge of MS Office and digital technologies such as RPA, Blockchain, AI, and IoT.
- Experience in operational excellence and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in oral and written English; multiple languages an advantage.
