About the Role

Coty is seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Strategist to join our Global Planning Hub in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and executing our global supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Supply Chain Plans: Create and implement tailored supply chain plans to meet business objectives, focusing on service, inventory, and sustainability.
  • Drive Production Planning and Material Orders: Timely deliver production plans, material orders, and deployment decisions to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers and Factories: Participate in direction-setting meetings with suppliers, factories, and markets to drive business decisions and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Analyze Supply Chain Data: Generate and analyze supply chain data to inform business decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization.
  • Lead Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
About the Team

The Global Supply Chain Planning Team is a fast-paced, multi-functional, and multi-cultural team of supply chain professionals working across various departments, including:

  • Material Planning: Delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.
  • Material Supply Management: Developing relationships and leading agility projects with vendors.
  • Production Planning: Delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well as capacity leveling.
  • Sub-contractor Planning: Delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers.
  • Distribution Planning: Managing risk, point of contact for markets, and responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place.
  • Category Supply Planning: Analyzing big data to support decision-making and leading key processes to drive and maintain a healthy inventory level.
