Catenon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global supply chain operations as a Global Supply Chain Leader. This role demands a talented and driven individual who can direct and supervise all activities related to implementing and optimizing Kinaxis RR across the organization.
About the Role
The Global Supply Chain Leader will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Kinaxis RR in all our regions by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration with our current supply chain processes. This involves defining requirements, initial system configuration, change requests, and resource management to meet established functionalities, deadlines, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Kinaxis RR in all regions, ensuring successful adoption and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration with current supply chain processes.
- Define requirements, initial system configuration, change requests, and resource management to meet established functionalities, deadlines, and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's supply chain operations.
- Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand supply chain needs and challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions within Kinaxis RR.
- Lead change management initiatives related to Kinaxis RR implementation and optimization, ensuring effective adoption by end users.
Requirements
- Spanish and English (mandatory)
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
