About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our international team at Amaris Consulting. As a Business System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs, improving existing processes and systems, and creating clear documentation on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs, identifying areas for process improvement and system optimization.
  2. Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems, using analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction.
  3. Create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements, ensuring effective communication between business and IT teams.
  4. Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams, fostering stakeholder relationships and facilitating communication between business and IT.
  5. Support project management in defining scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, with a proven track record of improving business processes and systems.
  2. Experience working with technical teams and connecting them with the business side, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Experience gathering requirements, user stories, or use cases, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  4. Experience creating proper documentation for projects, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
  5. Experience with Agile environments, especially with Scrum, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  6. Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience at big companies or complex environments, with a strong understanding of business operations and systems.
  2. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience using analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction.
  3. Familiarity with project management methodologies, with experience supporting project management in defining scope and objectives.
  4. Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish, Italian, French, or German, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
