**What We're Looking For**
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
- Experience working with technical teams and connecting them with the business side.
- Experience gathering requirements, user stories, or use cases.
- Created proper documentation for projects.
- Experience with Agile environments, especially with Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment where English is the day-to-day language.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
