About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our cross-functional team at TUI. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering software solutions for airline operations systems from conception to operation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate solution options and consult with stakeholders to define and articulate business needs.
  • Collaborate with architects, data analysts, digital analysts, product owners, software developers, technology leads, and UX/UI designers to clearly define, document, and communicate requirements.
  • Use your deep understanding of TUI products and systems, business models, processes, data flows, and their link to business capabilities to plan and deliver high-quality business analysis.
  • Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance.
  • Provide business analysis to multiple agile delivery teams and work closely with the product owner, technology lead, and business partners to prioritize and manage complex backlogs.
  • Support the software operation/management as 2nd-level support, including incident analysis, incident management, and handling of configuration requests.
  • Keep documentation of applications in your area of responsibility up to date.
