Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Accor Corporate office in Madrid. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing the financial results of our hotels, following up on budget implementation, and ensuring forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly analysis of hotel financial results, including revenue, costs, and fees.
  • Participate in business review meetings with the Revenue Manager Team and VPOM to analyze P&L vs. last year, budget, and forecast.
  • Prepare reporting tools to follow up on results and ensure budget and action plan implementation.
  • Support hotels in the budget process, preparing local tools and training.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance or similar.
  • Financial and analytical accounting skills.
  • Spanish and English language proficiency.
  • Advanced skills in Power Point and Excel.
  • Analytical and resolutive capacity.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
