Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs.
  • Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems.
  • Use analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction.
  • Create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements.
  • Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Support project management in defining scope and objectives.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and IT.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
  • Experience working with technical teams and connecting them with the business side.
  • Experience gathering requirements, user stories, or user cases.
  • Created proper documentation for projects.
  • Experience with Agile environments, specifically with Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English fluent as you will be working at an international and multicultural environment and English is the day-to-day language.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience at big companies or complex environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, German...
  • Experience with virtual teams and Hybrid environments.
