Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at TeamLogic IT of Northeast Massachusetts. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic analysis and consultation.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven recommendations to drive process improvements.
  • Analyze complex business domains and author business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate ongoing reviews of business processes to ensure consistency and traceability.
  • Support the validation and testing of business solutions to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Flag issues, changes, and risks to project managers and workstream leads to ensure timely mitigation.
  • Collaborate with product squads to deliver product roadmaps and ensure sprint functional deliverables are on track.
  • Liaise with vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
  • Act as an interface between business and implementation partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of IT Business Analysis experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of SDLC, validation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, HPQC, and business process modeling tools.
  • Experience in data migration and system integration related projects.
  • Multi-national global experience in interacting with senior management, collaborating across boundaries, and relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs business processes.
  • Implementation experience of Veeva Submission and Submission Archive module.
  • Experience in managing GxP projects and related fields.
