About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of IT process automation and a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT Service Management implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business needs and craft technology strategies to drive efficiency and reduce infrastructure costs.
- Provide expert guidance to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in IT process automation or a related field, with proven expertise in automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong technical skills, including programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Experience with large-scale IT Service Management implementations, such as OpenText Operations Orchestration, Dynatrace IT Automation, Atlassian Jira IT Automation, BMC Control-M, and others.
- Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, UiPath RPA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued.
