Key Responsibilities:

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT process automation or a related field
  • Proven expertise in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., RPA, BPM, AI)
Technical Requirements:
  • Programming languages: Java, Python, C++
  • Experience with large-scale IT Service Management implementations (e.g., OpenText Operations Orchestration, Dynatrace IT Automation)
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership qualities and ability to build and maintain client relationships
Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Additional proficiency in German or French highly valued
