Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT Service Management strategies that align with client business objectives
  • Provide tailored IT Configuration Management solutions and lead the technical implementation of large-scale CMDB projects
  • Oversee the deployment of cloud-based solutions to reduce infrastructure costs and enhance system performance
  • Conduct detailed system analysis and integration to ensure seamless operation between legacy and new technologies
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to improve user adoption rates
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT service management or a related field, with proven experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued
