Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting or a related field, with proven expertise in Project Management frameworks and practices.
- Programming languages: Java, Python, C++.
- Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
- Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
- Platforms: Windows, Linux, macOS.
- Product experience: At least 2 years in large-scale implementations of Project and Portfolio Management solutions, such as OpenText PPM, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Project Server, and others.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, PgMP.
- Soft skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
