About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As a Business System Analyst, you will play a critical role in collaborating with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs, improving existing processes and systems, and creating clear documentation on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  2. Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of business requirements.
  4. Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams.
  5. Support project management in defining scope and objectives.
  6. Foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and IT.
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
  2. Experience working with technical teams and connecting them with the business side.
  3. Experience gathering requirements, user stories, or use cases.
  4. Created proper documentation for the projects.
  5. Experience with Agile environments, especially with Scrum.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Fluent in English as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience at big companies or complex environments.
  2. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  3. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  4. Fluency in Spanish, Italian, French, German, etc.
  5. Experience with virtual teams and hybrid environments.
