Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics D365 platform.
Key Responsibilities- End User Support: Provide timely and effective support to end users for D365-related issues, triage cases, and escalate to 3rd party service providers as needed.
- System Configuration and Data Management: Collaborate with business key users to configure and maintain the D365 system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Business Requirements Capture: Capture and document business requirements for changes and enhancements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to end users on D365 functionality, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the system.
- Change Control and Testing: Assist in the preparation of change control documents and testing changes prior to deployment, ensuring seamless system updates.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with technical teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and configure D365 system issues.
- Data Management and Optimization: Participate in data management activities with relevant data owners and stakeholders, identifying areas for system improvement and optimization.
- Experience with Dynamics AX and D365: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Dynamics AX 2009/2012/Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in D365 F&O.
- ERP Experience: ERP experience in F&O, project management, and accounting areas or project operations.
- Full Development Lifecycle: Experience with the full development lifecycle, including requirements capture, analysis, design, test, documentation, maintenance, and configuration management.
- Logistical and Accounting Principles: Understanding of logistical processes as well as controlling and accounting principles.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent team player and communicator, with the ability to create collaborative relationships with business stakeholders at all levels.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills, fluent English, spoken and written is essential. Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is an asset.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Certification: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 experience (certification is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field.
