About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Unisys. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through joint application design sessions to collect new business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions.
  3. Lead and analyze business processes/systems, identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, and track KPIs.
  4. Manage requirements through review and approval sessions, where project schedules, costs, and duration estimates are updated and the business objectives are revisited.
  5. Work with the QA team to prepare test scenarios and data.
  6. Document and manage business and functional requirements.
  7. Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design.
  8. Review user stories and acceptance criteria.
  9. Provide functional solutions and clarification on the inter-module dependencies.
  10. Provide thought leadership in one of the functional areas, handle queries and competency building in respective functional area.
  11. Determine a project's requirements by extracting them from business or government policies, as well as from current and future users, through interaction and research.
  12. Anticipate future requirements to achieve successful outcomes.
  13. Organize requirements into related categories to effectively manage and communicate them.
  14. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, using powerful analysis and modeling tools to match strategic business objectives with practical technical solutions.
  15. At regular intervals in the project life cycle, safeguard and protect the business and user's needs by verifying functionality, accuracy, and completeness of the requirements against the original documents.
  16. Emphasize simplicity and ease of use at all times, especially in implementation.
  17. Identify and avoid extraneous activities that do not solve the problem or help reach the objective.
  18. In application maintenance, focus on preventing and correcting defects; enhancements or making changes to increase the value provided by the system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Salesforce functional & technical roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP functional roles and analytic profiles (BW, SAC, etc).
  • Knowledge about EU Regulation and EU Institutions specific Project Methodology PM2.
