Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering: Participate in joint application design sessions to collect new business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Use Case Development: Develop use cases based on client requirements and collaborate with internal and external users to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions.
- Requirements Verification: Verify requirements through analysis, test, demonstration, and inspection to ensure that they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal and external users to develop and document business and functional requirements, and provide thought leadership in one of the functional areas.
- Project Planning: Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and new systems design to ensure that our business systems meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Work with the QA team to prepare test scenarios and data to ensure that our business systems meet the required quality standards.
- Documentation and Management: Document and manage business and functional requirements, and review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure that they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Education and Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: Business analysis, requirements, and/or product ownership certifications are preferred.
