Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Sapiens International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective analysis and implementation of business systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of business solutions.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to clients on business process improvement and system implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business innovation and growth.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Understanding of end-to-end business flows and ability to break them down into user stories.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and experience with JIRA and Sharepoint.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Integration background, including APIs and web services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an insurance domain.
- Knowledge of life and pensions administration systems.
- Hybrid working model (3 days from home, 2 in the office).
