About the Role

IE University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and support the CIVICA Alliance project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the project's involvement across different work packages, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across different work packages and ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Coordinate research activities, write reports, and evaluate project progress.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and document management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, coordination, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Experience in managing budgets, overseeing project development, and executing project plans.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to create a sense of community among project team members.
