Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee IEU's engagement in the CIVICA alliance project, coordinating various work packages led by partner institutions and managing internal contributions.
- Administer budgets across multiple projects, ensuring strategic management, project planning, collaboration coordination, budget oversight, and partnership relations.
- Facilitate and coordinate research activities integral to project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and evaluations for completed projects.
- Develop and maintain a project timeline to guarantee timely completion of deliverables.
- Organize and participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and participation.
- Communicate objectives, deadlines, and project concepts clearly and effectively, maintaining a holistic view of project goals and engaging stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of partnerships, deliverables, and timelines.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in budget management and oversight.
- Strong project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to tasks and project execution.
- Ability to think strategically and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience in leading project development and execution.
- Capacity to foster a sense of community among project teams.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
