Key Responsibilities:- Manage research projects from start to finish, working on multiple projects concurrently across various sectors and methodologies.
- Analyze media coverage, including traditional print, online, and social media.
- Monitor key brands and topics for our clients, including sensitive ones.
- Perform media measurement for internal and external communication actions or campaigns.
- Identify key influencers and trends relevant to our clients.
- Benchmark our clients with their direct competition.
- Conduct landscape and whitespace analysis for our clients to define their positioning in the market.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, as well as historical performance, to produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- College or university degree in business, communications, social or political science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in research, preferably in an agency or research institute.
- Substantial hands-on experience with online social listening, audience analysis, or data/statistical analysis, preferably with exposure to consumer insights and media research.
- Expert knowledge of a mix of tools, including listening tools, audience profiling, search and web analysis, data analysis, and trends analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and clearly communicate patterns and research findings.
- Experience creating presentations using visual storytelling and presenting to clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong understanding of fundamental media marketing principles.
