Job Title: Account Manager

At Resource Group - Training, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and develop strong partnerships to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Spanish
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • At least 3 years of working experience, ideally in a sales or account management role
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
