Key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales leadership to define and track commercial strategies, revenue plans, and priorities.

Segmentation and Opportunity Identification: Analyze market and customer data to identify opportunities and prioritize them based on their current and potential value.

Forecasting: Drive the quarterly topline reforecast process to ensure accurate sales projections.

Reports and Analysis: Develop detailed reports and analyses to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, including business plan execution and pipeline management.

Action Planning: Support the development of strategic action plans to ensure alignment with sales objectives and continuous improvement.

Informed Decision-Making: Provide data-driven insights to empower sales leaders in making informed and strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Strategy consulting, finance, or business intelligence/data analysis.

Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex information into clear and strategic insights.

Business Partner: Essential strategic partner for sales leadership, contributing to strategy development and execution.

Effective Communicator: Articulate ideas clearly and positively influence team decisions.

Fluent English: Strong communication skills.

Detail-Oriented: Remarkable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in analyses and reports.

Team Player: Dedicated collaborator, working effectively in a team and cooperating with different departments to achieve common goals.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills: Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
