Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Leroy Merlin Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding the best talent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment sources, such as social media, job offers, and specialized websites.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to evaluate their match.
  • Coordinate and conduct relevant tests and evaluations according to the specifications of the offers to be filled.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and third-party recruitment agencies.
  • Generate reports and analyses on the performance of the hiring process and use data to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition, including corporate/strategic groups, mainly in retail.
  • Over 3 years of experience with ATS (preferably Teamtailor), social media (especially LinkedIn Recruiter), and other recruitment tools.
  • Skilled in headhunting, direct search, and managing multiple selection processes simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Candidate, customer, and quality oriented.
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing, attraction, onboarding, and engagement of talent.
  • Proficient in developing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to build a high-quality talent database.
  • English proficiency level.
