Area Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Follow-up:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand image are maintained in all stores
- Supervise visual merchandising guidelines and adapt to regional needs to maximize impact
- Guarantee store image and maintenance, cleanliness, staff image, and product presentation
- Lead Trade Marketing activations and events in Point of Sale
- Implement new retail projects according to Amsterdam guidelines
- People Management:
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve results
- Provide professional development opportunities for team members, identifying training needs and organizing workshops and career plans
- Recruit top talent in the market and retain team members
- Product:
- Collaborate with the product department for collection selection and in-season analysis
- Manage stocks and supervise correct replenishment and transfers of product
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Work with the Finance Department to drive business and implement actions to achieve store budgets
- Analyze KPIs and performance reports to recommend initiatives and improvements in-store operations
- Keep store costs under control and aligned with budgets, specifically FTEs
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Stores Management
- Availability to travel 2-3 days per week
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
- English level C1
- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP skills
