About the Role:
As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide efficient support to customers, the Sales Department, and the Finance Department to ensure product availability and deliver technical advice. You will perform administrative tasks in accordance with internal guidelines, ensuring compliance processes are met.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls, providing technical information and placing orders into the computer system to meet customer expectations.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues by offering product and service information, and serving as a liaison between the customer and various departments to meet customer demands.
- Control stock and back orders, follow up on delivery, process returned items, and ensure timely delivery of necessary items to clients while adhering to company policies.
- Set up new accounts, maintain accurate records, and perform related administrative duties to ensure all data is accurate.
Requirements:
- Secondary education
- 2 years of working experience in a high-end customer service role
- Experience working with operative systems
- Knowledge of the medical device industry is a plus
- Customer service oriented
- General financial knowledge is a plus
- MS Office
- Native English and Spanish fluency is a must
