About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for tender preparation? Do you have experience in Spanish offers and tenders preparation?
We are seeking a Senior Tender Specialist for our Iberia (Spain & Portugal) Tender Office Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, offers, and contracts in both public and private healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work closely with our team members in Madrid on a hybrid schedule, coordinating and supporting all quotes and tender processes for our divisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily monitoring of public sources and platforms for new tender calls.
  • Preparation of offers and tenders, including knowledge in Spanish offer and tender preparation.
  • Composition of documents, monitoring progression, deadlines, and submissions regarding pricing and tenders for all divisions.
  • Gathering proposal documents by identifying sources of information, coordinating submissions and collections, and identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
  • Contributing to the continuous review and development of the commercial bid development process.
  • Pricing activities, including updating price books, customer prices, and reviewing proposals.
  • Administrative tasks and other duties appropriate to the position.
  • Supporting and interacting with the sales team to understand strategy, as well as company solutions and/or services being proposed.
  • Resolving issues regarding pricing, contracts, and commercial proposals.
  • Price discrepancies resolution.
  • Serving as the point of contact for customers, internal teams, customer service, and other partners.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the medical device industry. Experience in Spanish offers and tenders preparation is a must. Additional requirements include:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High customer and process orientation.
  • Ability to work with short deadlines.
  • Multitasking and managing different CRMs and ERPs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent Spanish; English and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Pack.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Service Cloud knowledge is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including private health and life insurance, ticket restaurants, and a dynamic working environment that promotes work-life balance.
