Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tender preparation and submission, with a strong background in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide full support to all quotes and tender processes for all divisions.
  • Daily monitoring of public sources and platforms for new tender calls.
  • Preparation of offers and tenders, including knowledge in Spanish offer and tender preparation.
  • Composing documents, monitoring progression, deadlines, and submissions regarding pricing & tenders for all divisions.
  • Gathering proposal documents by identifying sources of information, coordinating submissions and collections, and identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
  • Contributing to the continuous review and development of the commercial bid development process.
  • Pricing activities (updating price books, customer prices, reviewing proposals).
  • Administrative tasks and any other duties appropriate to the position.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
  • Experience in Spanish offers and tenders preparation and submission.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High customer and process orientation.
  • Ability to work with short deadlines.
  • Multitasking and managing different CRMs and ERPs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish (English and Portuguese is a plus).
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Service Cloud knowledge is a plus.

Estimated Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
