Key Responsibilities:- Support daily service operations by performing routine service tasks requested to support all Iberia employees deliver a best in class employee experience for the assigned HRS pillar
- Perform administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, employee queries, payroll, system changes etc.
- Communication with consultancy, assistance with contracts, new-hires registration and termination of employees

- Provide input for the development and delivery of communication materials related to programs, plans, policies, processes
- Perform audits and validations of transactions. Examine and verify data for accuracy and consistency
- Be a university student (Degree or Master's) able to do a learning agreement for 6 months, ideally in an HR related field or International Business, Administration or Law.
- Native Spanish level.
- Excellent English is a must (minimum B2).
- Excellent communication skills in both languages.
