HR Generalist Opportunity at G-Star Raw

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related topics in France and partly Spain. Our team is diverse and fun, with various nationalities and personalities. We work hard to make our business feel supported in their daily operations and development within G-Star Raw.

As our HR Generalist, you will be in charge of ensuring our HR operations in France and partly Spain run smoothly. You will prepare employee documentation, manage employee records, and deliver a complete and accurate overview of monthly changes to the payroll department. You will also act as a first point of contact for HR policy and HR system-related questions for employees and managers. Additionally, you will participate in HR projects and initiatives, taking into account your personal learning goals and interests.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing employee documentation in core processes for hiring, terminations, promotions, and other contract changes.
  • Managing employee records by initiating processes and handling tasks in our HR systems, Daywize and Quinyx, ensuring that all processes are completed before the payroll deadline.
  • Delivering a complete and accurate overview of the monthly changes to the payroll department.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR policy and HR system-related questions for employees and managers.
  • Performing other frequently occurring administrative and/or operational HR tasks, such as managing leave balances, preparing employer statements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, and perhaps Spanish. You will also need to be a fun and empathic team player, but also able to quickly work independently. You will need to be accurate, detail-oriented, and organized, with excellent time management abilities.
