About the Role

We are recruiting Sales Development Representatives to help our target professionals (hospitality and industry).

From a restaurant manager to a human resources director in a hotel group, your mission will be to accompany them to success by providing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify key actors in the market assigned to you.
  • Create sales opportunities with potential customers through various channels (cold calls, cold emails, etc.).
  • Qualify the prospect's needs and awaken their interest in Skello.
  • Obtain a meeting for a product demonstration with your prospects to work closely with the Sales Executives.
  • Follow up on ongoing negotiations with Sales Executives.
  • Participate in the evolution of sales processes and techniques: new prospecting techniques, increasing market penetration rates, etc.
About You

You are a native Spanish speaker with a deep knowledge of local culture in Spain. Fluency in English and/or French is a significant advantage.

You have experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales.

You describe yourself as an entrepreneur and enjoy taking on responsibilities.

You have a strong growth mindset, are willing to learn and improve, and can accept feedback positively.

Selection Process
  • Interview with Marina, Team Leader, to get to know you better (30 minutes).
  • Interview with Marc, General Manager, to evaluate your skills (30 minutes).
  • Interview with Paul, Chief of Staff (20 minutes).
