About the Role:

We're looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in Madrid. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the Italian market and identifying potential projects to pair with the ideal service providers.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct insightful discovery calls with clients, ensuring a high conversion rate and client retention.

You'll work closely with our platform to match clients with suitable service providers, ensuring a seamless fit.

As a Sales Advisor, you will have a direct impact on Sortlist's growth and will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound requests by contacting clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conducting discovery calls with clients to identify their needs and goals.
  • Working towards clear goals while ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Ensuring client retention through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Utilizing our platform to match clients with suitable service providers.

Requirements include:

  • Italian native level is required, with a professional level of Spanish & English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant educational background.
  • First experience in sales-related roles is a plus.
  • Passion for understanding business needs and goals.
  • Exceptional listening skills to gather and analyze client information effectively.
