About the Role

Catenon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth on a global level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, acquiring new accounts, and managing a portfolio of key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth and expansion in the DACH Market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage a portfolio of key clients to ensure client loyalty and retention.
  3. Collaborate with our Recruitment Consultants to execute the selection process and provide guidance on best strategies to find top talent.
  4. Advising on best strategies to find top talent, and deciding on the delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards.
  5. Attach to workflow and develop each step related to the sales management modalities (CRM completion and KPI management).
  6. Train new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies. Identify training needs and evaluate the team's performance, providing the necessary support and attention for their professional development.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, ideally in the recruitment / headhunting sector.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  3. A fluent level of German and English, as we have a global focus. Other European languages are highly valued.
  4. Experience developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a high level of customer service.
  5. A clear vision for the future, being able to generate your own action plan on market development.
  6. An optimistic and proactive mindset, always looking for alternative solutions and proposing new actions to develop your market and your clients.
  7. Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating.
  8. Be very self-directed and able to plan your own time, being used to working to targets and deadlines.
